- If you are a business or agency booking a staff member or employment agency
- Please ensure they complete the online booking or it is done on their behalf
- Prior to the course they should have completed Online Booking Workbook if required
- Also ensure you have given us authority for them to attend example purchase order
- You are only fully booked once payment is received prior to the course date or a purchase order
- Please bring a copy of your proof of payment and workbook completion
- If you do not attend on the day and no notification or less than 24 hours
- And cannot provide a medical certificate there will be a rebooking fee of $30
- If we can fit you on an alternate course
- Our courses are very detailed and thorough courses
- For this reason please do not ask if we can let you go early
- You are welcome to come back and re sit the course
- We have some people that say (we do not do computers )
- Then you need to find someone who can assist you with online booking etc
- Or pick up a manual and pay for entry of data extra $10 by Shirley
- First Aid Training is Competency Based not pass by attendance
- The mandatory requirement of 2 minutes of CPR on the floor cannot be waived due to the government departments involved
- We do not allow you to bring along your children
- They are a major distraction to the group
- In addition the courses have adult content injuries etc
- Physical or Intellectual disabilities
- The Governing Body (Australian Government ASQA )
- States that the participant MUST be able to complete 2 minutes of uninterrupted CPR on the ground and be able to complete the theory and practical components / assessments
